OLD BAY® Shrimp Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
  • 2 flatbreads (such as naan or pita bread)
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 Package Handy OLD BAY® Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (Optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Cook Handy OLD BAY® Shrimp according to the instructions on the package. Set aside. 

  3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  4. Spread a generous amount of Alfredo sauce evenly on each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each flatbread.

  6. Distribute the cooked shrimp and any other toppings you like.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Place the baking sheet or pizza stone in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are crispy.

  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the top.

  10. Slice the flatbread pizzas into wedges or squares and serve while still warm. Enjoy!
