Jumbo Lump Avocado Toast

Makes: 4 Servings
  • 8 oz Handy Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Piquante peppers
  • 1 Fresh jalapeno
  • 4 Sprigs fresh cilantro
  • Salt, pepper and Olive Oil to taste


  1. Toast the slices of whole grain bread.
  2. In a small bowl, gently mash the avocado with the lemon juice and a pinch of salt. 
  3. Divide the avocado between the slices of toast.
  4. Top each slice with 2 oz. of Jumbo Lump Crab, sliced jalapeno, piquante peppers and cilantro. 
  5. Season each slice of toast with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little bit of Olive Oil.
