This traditional Maryland-style crab cake recipe features real crab meat
and OLD BAY® seasoning.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
The OLD BAY® Breaded Shrimp contained in this package are precooked and should be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F. Depending on the number of portions prepared andoven temperature variances, heating times may need adjustment. Remove product from packaging. Avoid overcooking or undercooking, cook to a light golden brown.
BAKE
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray or coat pan with oil.
Place shrimp on pan and place pan on the middle rack of oven.
Turn the shrimp over once during cooking.
- FROM FROZEN: 425°F for 9 minutes
- Cooking from thawed is not recommended
AIR FRYER
Spray or coat the fryer basket with oil and place the shrimp
in basket. Set fryer to 330°F.
- FROM FROZEN: 330°F for 7 minutes
- Cooking from thawed is not recommended
TOASTER OVEN
Preheat toaster oven to 400°F. Spray or coat pan with oil.
Place shrimp on pan and place pan on rack in middle of oven.
Turn the shrimp over once during cooking.
- FROM FROZEN: 400°F for 10 minutes
- Cooking from thawed is not recommended
Caution: Pan and Product Will Be Hot
When preparing our breaded shrimp, we hand-inspect all shrimp to remove particles of shell. Despite our close inspection, small particles may occasionally be missed, and it may be possible to find some pieces of shell.

Preheat oven. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place cakes on pan and place pan on rack in middle of oven. Turn cakes over once during cooking. For convection ovens, reduce cooking time by approximately ⅓.
- FROM THAWED: 400⁰F for 13-15 minutes
- FROM FROZEN: 350⁰F for 23-25 minutes
SAUTÉ
Cook in 2 tbsp. oil on medium heat. Turn cakes over once during cooking.
- FROM THAWED: Cook for 5 minutes
- Cooking from frozen is not recommended
AIR FRYER
Spray basket with oil and place cakes in basket. Set air fryer to 370⁰F.
- Cooking from thawed is not recommended
- FROM FROZEN: 370⁰F for 13 to 15 minutes
NOTE: If thawing cakes, thaw under refrigeration or in microwave for 45 seconds on high.

Handling Seafood Safely

- Thaw frozen seafood in the refrigerator or in the microwave. Please follow our cooking instructions here.
- If thawing frozen products under running water, place seafood product in a resealable bag and run cold water until completely thawed.
- Store your thawed seafood products in the coldest part of your refrigerator.
- Store your unused frozen product in an airtight container or in a plastic freezer storage bag in the freezer to minimize dry out and ice crystallization.
