Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is not a minimum order amount.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, please call our Toll Free line (800) 426-3977 between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you sell Soft Shell Crabs all year round?
Yes, we sell frozen Soft Shell Crab all year round. We also sell fresh chilled Soft Crab during our Soft Crab Season (May - October).
How do I dispose dry ice?
Leave the dry ice in the shipping box and let it evaporate. Touching dry ice directly may cause a slight burning sensation in your skin.
How long will it take me to receive my product?
All orders placed (Monday through Wednesday) by 1:00 pm will be processed and shipped in 1-2 days. We do not ship product out to be delivered Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Deliveries are only made Tuesday through Friday.
Do I need to be home for my product to be delivered?
No, however if you live in a very warm climate or it is a hot day, you want to remove your product from the shipping case and place it in your freezer as soon as possible as hot weather can cause dry ice and gel packs to evaporate.
Please keep in mind that all of our orders are SIGNATURE RELEASED and no signature will be required.
How should I store unused frozen product?
Is highly recommended that you store unused frozen product in airtight container or plastic freezer storage bag in the freezer to minimize dry out and ice crystallization.
If ordering online, can you offer a discount for caterers or restaurants?
Yes, bulk/ wholesale quantities are available on our Online Store.
What can I do with my shipping box?
- You can donate your cooler and shipping box to a local food pantry or Meals on Wheels.
- Talk to a recycling center, they might receive Styrofoam.
