Cooking Instructions

BAKE

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place imperial stuffed crab shells on pan and place on rack in middle of oven. For convection ovens, reduce cooking time by approximately 1/3.

  • 15 minutes from thawed
  • 20 minutes from frozen

DEEP FRY

Heat oil to 375°F.

  • 3 minutes from thawed
  • 5 minutes from frozen

Handling Seafood Safely

  • Thaw frozen seafood in the refrigerator or in the microwave. Please follow our cooking instructions here. 
  • If thawing frozen products under running water, place seafood product in a resealable bag and run cold water until completely thawed. 
  • Store your thawed seafood products in the coldest part of your refrigerator. 
  • Store your unused frozen product in an airtight container or in a plastic freezer storage bag in the freezer to minimize dry out and ice crystallization.
